The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety! Even complimentary champagne was available, that was a great touch. The hotel had high standards. I would definitely rebook.
The terrace on the hotel's roof is disappointing! and the tiny swimming pool seemed derisory. Housekeeping never looked. Several things did not work properly in our room.

The rooftop restaurant lacked any real atmosphere, to be honest. also, the service was a bit slow. I think i waited nearly fifteen minutes just for someone to take my drink order! the evening entertainment was so loud it was nearly impossible to have a normal conversation. the music felt more like a distraction than an enhancement to the dining experience!

The breakfast menu offered ample choices. The staff encounters were pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The room service was elegant with a tablecloth and vase of flowers.
I waited 15 minutes for a waiter to direct me to a table. I gave up and just chose one myself. I waited a further 15 minutes for a waiter to appear to take a drinks order and another 10 minutes for menus to be brought to the table. The food arrived 30 minutes later at exactly the same time as our drinks.
